Where you’ll be working?
BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.
What you'll be doing?
The successful candidate will lead quality governance, assurance, and risk activities, ensuring risks are effectively identified, managed, and reviewed. They will establish and maintain quality standards aligned to ISO 9001, ensuring consistent application across the business. Responsibilities include delivering internal audits, supporting external accreditation processes, driving continual improvement through assurance insights and performance analysis, and partnering with stakeholders to resolve quality issues. The role will also support quality assurance activities across commercial bids and the supply chain, helping to strengthen compliance, improve operational performance, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and projects.
What you’ll bring
- Quality Assurance expertise - ISO 9001 internal auditor accreditation required
- Experience within large, multi-function organisations
- Data analysis capabilities and presentation skills to key stakeholder
- Create engagement and promote quality culture
- Ability to organise own workload, manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
