Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Private Networks team, you’ll join our people who support finding the best technology, managing assets and refreshing systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

At M Group, we're looking for an experienced and commercially focused Contract Director to lead the successful delivery and growth of major client contracts across the Utilities and Private Sectors. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll act as the key interface between M Group and our customers, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service, innovative solutions and long-term value. With opportunities already secured across the Water and Energy sectors, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping, mobilising and managing high-profile programmes from concept through to delivery and ongoing support. Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, with travel to customer sites, M Group offices and meetings as required.
What will you be doing?
You'll take ownership of major customer contracts, leading programmes from initial engagement and solution development through to mobilisation, delivery and operational handover. We'll need you to build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, working closely with customers to understand their challenges and develop solutions that meet both operational and commercial objectives. You'll oversee bid and work-winning activities, create effective delivery models, manage contract performance and profitability, and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes. As a senior leader within M Group, you'll also help drive continuous improvement, contribute to business strategy and act as an escalation point for key customer matters.
