    Where will you be working?

    As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

    This role is in our Talent Acquisition department, our TA team is responsible for recruiting and onboarding the best talent into the business whilst ensuring processes are followed accurately and creating a positive and engaging candidate journey.

    What will you be doing?

    Are you a highly organized and people-focused individual? We’re looking for someone to join our team and support the TA Delivery teams across all divisions in meeting business requirements.

    In this role, you’ll manage a variety of administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process, collaborating closely with TA Advisors, TA Specialists, and TA Delivery Managers.

    You'll play a vital role in building exceptional relationships with candidates, ensuring they feel valued and well-informed at every stage via our recruitment ATS, Eploy.

    From advertising roles, scheduling interviews, conducting RTW checks, maintaining templates, spreadsheets, and sending welcome emails, you'll help create a seamless onboarding experience.

    Additionally, you'll assist in screening CVs to match candidates to essential role criteria, ensuring alignment with our recruitment needs.

    What you’ll bring

    • Operational Excellence – recent expertise and proven experience in Talent Acquisition, operating at a similar level, with the ability to providing a high level of administrative support to all tasks.
    • A can-do attitude – an unwavering commitment to help the Advisors and Specialists to fill roles and support the broader team in doing the same. 
      Candidate management – the ability to put the candidate first and give them the best possible recruitment experience. 
    • Systems Experience – a good understanding of Eploy and Oracle are essential.
    • Compliance - Understanding of and commitment to compliance with relevant employment legislation and ethical standards in talent acquisition practices.
