A Project Manager at M Group
Our Project Managers play a vital role in delivering major infrastructure projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. They lead project teams from planning through to completion, coordinating resources, managing programmes and budgets, and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients and communities.
Working closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners, our Project Managers drive project performance, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure safety, quality and commercial objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
A Project Manager at M Group would usually have;
- Proven project management experience within infrastructure, utilities, construction or a similar environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
- Good knowledge of health and safety, compliance and industry standards
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- A project management qualification such as APM or PRINCE2 would be advantageous
- Relevant technical qualifications or industry experience would be beneficial
