A Site Manager at M Group
Our Site Managers play a key role in delivering infrastructure projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. They are responsible for overseeing site operations, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality and safety requirements.
Working closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners, our Site Managers provide leadership on site, manage risks and resources, and help ensure the successful delivery of essential infrastructure services for life.
A Site Manager at M Group would usually have;
- Experience as a Site Manager within infrastructure, construction, utilities or a related environment
- Strong knowledge of site operations, health and safety, and project delivery best practice
- Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good IT skills and experience using project management and reporting systems
- Relevant site management qualifications such as SMSTS and CSCS
- A recognised construction, engineering or project management qualification would be advantageous
