A Quantity Surveyor at M Group
Our Quantity Surveyors play a key role in delivering successful projects by managing costs, controlling risk and supporting strong commercial performance. They work across procurement, valuations, variations and payment applications, helping to ensure effective cost management and accurate commercial reporting.
Working closely with project teams, clients and supply chain partners, our Quantity Surveyors help deliver value, maintain compliance and support the successful delivery of essential infrastructure services for life.
A Quantity Surveyor at M Group would usually have;
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure, construction, or utilities
• A Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Understanding of commercial contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT, FIDIC)
• Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills
• Someone who can build collaborative working relationships
• Be progressing towards a professional accreditation (RICS, CICES) is an advantage
