Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.

You will also join our growing Site Support team, responsible for delivering effective Site Support and Document Control to multiple high-profile Projects across the Country.
We are looking for a positive and proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively, builds strong relationships, and takes pride in supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals. The right candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact by improving processes and helping shape the way we work.
You'll be working alongside the existing Document Control team managing the filing of all project documentation/deliverables to the client’s document management system. This includes aligning all submitted documentation with client codification & naming conventions and ensuring all submitted documentation adheres to the client’s BIM & ISO19650 standards.
Manage document control trackers and generate regular performance reports to support the Project Management and Commercial teams in monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring contractual deliverables are achieved on time.
Liaising with client document controllers to verify records are in their correct place, becoming a key point of contact for all deliverable document queries on the project.
Maintaining the internal electronic Project Filing System in parallel with the hard copy records, and ensuring Project teams adhere to company Document Control procedures.
