Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
You’ll work as a key member of the Design and Engineering team, supporting water infrastructure projects from the outset through site visits, landowner liaison and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll provide essential, accurate site information, enabling effective survey, investigation, design and construction. Taking ownership of your activities, you’ll communicate openly, maintain clear records, and promote a positive team culture. By building strong relationships, identifying risks and opportunities, and sharing knowledge, you’ll help ensure projects run smoothly, safely and to a high standard, contributing to continuous improvement and business success.
What you’ll bring
- Are you confident communicating with landowners, occupiers and the public, building strong relationships across stakeholders?
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, you’ll accurately gather, record and report information to support project delivery.
- Can you interpret basic plans and location data, organising multiple tasks and priorities?
- Experienced in customer-facing, field or admin roles, ideally within utilities or construction.
- Do you hold a full UK driving licence and bring professionalism, discretion and sound judgement?
