    What you’ll be doing?

You'll be primarily based in Leeds; however, this role requires flexibility and the ability to travel across the North West at least twice per week to support business and operational requirements.

You'll be supporting recruitment activity across North Contracts, including managing interviews, scheduling candidates, creating job advertisements, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from attraction through to offer.

You'll be coordinating all pre-employment tasks, including background checks, reference verification, and right-to-work documentation, ensuring all compliance requirements are completed before a candidate starts.

You'll be coordinating the preparation of physical workspaces, including desk allocations, security passes, welcome packs, and company merchandise to create a positive onboarding experience.

You'll be leading engaging induction and orientation sessions, introducing new employees to the company's mission, values, culture, and key policies to support a successful transition into the business.

You'll be managing regular onboarding check-ins at key milestones, such as 30, 60, and 90 days, working with both new starters and line managers to monitor progress, address challenges, and support successful integration.

You'll be continuously reviewing and improving onboarding processes by auditing workflows, checklists, and feedback surveys to ensure an efficient and scalable onboarding experience.

You'll be exploring and implementing alternative recruitment methods, while also representing the business at recruitment events, job fairs, and other ad-hoc attraction activities to build talent pipelines.

You'll be supporting the Senior Leadership Team with a variety of project management activities, including Business Continuity Planning, Facilities Management, and other strategic business initiatives as required.

    What you'll bring?
    • Do you have previous administration experience within the construction, utilities, or a similar fast-paced industry?
