Where will you be working?
At M Group Technology and Communications, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
Join our dynamic Telecoms Division as a Commercial Assistant! In this varied role, you'll support our commercial and project delivery teams, helping to keep financial records accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities include preparing reports, processing payments to subcontractors, assisting with invoicing, and ensuring costs are properly tracked and recorded. You'll use systems like Salesforce to update data and help manage project changes, logging all relevant details and maintaining clear documentation. If you’re detail-focused, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive as part of a collaborative team, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in our projects’ success.
What you’ll bring;
You’ll bring a calm, organised approach and confidently manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Detail-focused and excellent with systems—especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint—you’ll keep records tidy and accurate. With experience supporting contracts, commercial processes and procurement, you'll handle payment checks and tender reviews with ease. Comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues, you’ll support Quantity Surveyors and project teams, understanding how your work adds value. Experience in contracting or commercial admin and relevant qualifications are a plus.
