Whatever stage you’re at in your career, with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

    Where will you be working?

At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.

We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

    • Working closely with internal teams to deliver the full range of AgilityEco services
    • Accurately recording all interactions using CRM systems and maintaining high data quality
    • Managing referrals and recognising when to escalate queries or opportunities
    • Ensuring all customer data is handled safely and in line with GDPR and company policies

This is a role where empathy, judgement and initiative really matter—you’ll be helping people navigate real-life challenges while supporting wider sustainability goals.

    What you’ll bring

    • A Level 3 Energy Awareness qualification (or equivalent energy efficiency qualification)
    • A solid understanding of household energy use and cost-saving measures
    • Experience supporting vulnerable customers, with sensitivity and professionalism
    • Awareness of safeguarding principles and how to respond appropriately
    • Strong communication skills—confident, clear and compassionate
    • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
    • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • A proactive mindset, able to work independently and use your initiative

    What’s in it for you?

    We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include;

    • Matched or contributory pension scheme
