    Where will you be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team.  We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

    What will you be doing?  
     
    Day to day you'll provide support to Toughbook users, Project Managers, Front Line Managers and the Training Manager.
     
    You'll train, coach and support operational users on all aspects of the client's hardware and software ensuring clear guidelines for the delivery of accurate and timely feedback.
     
    We'll need you to carry out Skills Gap Analysis and Competency Assessments to identify further training and coaching needs through regular 1-1 coaching observation sessions.
     
    You'll develop and implement an ongoing refresher training program for your respective area along with assisting in creating and maintaining Module and Process documentation and Quick Reference ('How To') guides, ensuring compliance with current and updated processes.
     
    You'll carry out daily validation of reports in relation to (but not limited to); Interruption to Supply feedback, Redlines, Meter feedback errors and create coaching improvement plans as applicable.
     
    We'll need you to work alongside and liaise with Front Line Managers, Project Managers and the Training Manager to help maximise performance.
     
    You'll be an advocate for Commercial Awareness on the contract and provide telephone support to Operational teams.
     
    You'll assist the IT Systems & Training Manager with upkeep of the asset inventory, including MWS mobile phones, handle New starter IT equipment / user requests / Client ID Cards along with the recovery of IT equipment from leavers in a timely manner.
