    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

    What will you be doing?

    Lead the technical delivery function for M Group Telecoms’ National Grid account, overseeing pre-sales and in-life project execution. Manage Pre-Sales Solutions Architects and Project Engineers to ensure technical excellence and solution assurance. Govern the full solution lifecycle, from high-level design to implementation and handover. Align solutions with customer needs, industry standards, and internal capabilities. Collaborate with Shared Service Design and PMO teams on design execution, costing, and planning. Own technical assurance processes including reviews and compliance checks. Develop standards and best practices, support innovation, and identify efficiency opportunities. Build a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development across all technical delivery activities.

    What you’ll bring?

    Strong grasp of solution architecture, engineering delivery, and technical governance, with the ability to translate customer needs into scalable solutions. Skilled in documentation, compliance, and National Grid technologies (e.g., SDH/PDH). Leads with integrity and technical credibility, collaborating effectively with design teams. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Holds a relevant degree and has 2–3 years’ experience in technical roles. Proficient in Telco technologies, certified, and experienced in team leadership and development.
