    Where will you be working?

    M Group Telecom

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

Want to come and be a part of it?

    What will you be doing?

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and keeping things organised. This full-time role is based in our Gillingham office and plays a key part in supporting our telecoms projects, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You’ll be liaising with internal teams, clients, and local councils, assisting with work planning, tracking progress, maintaining accurate records, and supporting problem-solving as issues arise. You’ll also contribute to reporting and help ensure everyone has the information they need.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in the telecoms sector, but if you’re a strong candidate with transferable skills and a proactive attitude, full training will be provided. Strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and confidence using computers are essential. Previous office experience would be beneficial.

You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team, with training and guidance to help you settle in and develop your skills.

If you’re someone who enjoys helping others and keeping things on track, we’d love to hear from you.

    What you’ll bring?

You understand how to keep things organised and how to support others in getting things done. You are comfortable working with different teams and know how to follow a process from start to finish. You can manage your time well and stay focused when things get busy. You know how to spot problems early and help find simple ways to fix them.

You are used to working with computers and can update records without mistakes. You can write clearly and share updates that others can understand. You are happy to speak with people in person, on the phone or by email. You know how to listen and how to explain things in a calm and clear way.

You may have worked in an office before or helped with planning and coordination. You may have supported projects or worked with teams who are out on site. You may have helped with reports or kept track of tasks. You may have worked with clients or councils and helped make sure work was done on time.

You do not need to know everything about telecoms. You do need to be willing to learn and ready to help. You bring a steady approach and a clear way of working. You care about doing things well and making sure others have what they need.
