Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.
This role is in our Technology department, Our IT teams design, manage and optimise IT systems. To support the smooth and secure operations of our Group.

What will you be doing?
You’ll take charge of the evolution of M Group Services’ Oracle Cloud footprint, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the business.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to truly understand their objectives and requirements, translating these into effective solutions.
You’ll design and deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to meet business needs with precision and impact.
Also, conduct reviews and gap analyses of current processes and configurations, offering thoughtful recommendations for improvement.
You’ll provide clear advice to stakeholders on solution options, risks, and the impacts on processes and systems.
You’ll create detailed, high-quality solution architecture documentation that supports business processes and enables smooth technical build and testing activities, including system integrations where needed.
You’ll develop and maintain a target Oracle architecture and roadmap, keeping it aligned with key business priorities.
What you’ll bring
- A minimum of five years Oracle Fusion implementation experience.
- Proven track record as an Oracle Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful project implementations.
- Broad knowledge of Oracle Fusion, with expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Management (ERP). Working knowledge Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Experience of IT product or application ownership
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical challenges.
