What will you be doing?
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition Team at M Group on a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract, supporting predominantly with attracting quality candidates for our volume recruitment campaigns. The role will focus on sourcing, engaging and managing candidates across field based operational roles ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer. Alongside your core responsibilities, you may gain exposure to niche and specialist vacancies and could have the chance to collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams across different divisions.
What you’ll bring
Proven recruitment experience, with a proactive, energetic approach to sourcing and engagement. Strong organisational and communication skills, alongside the ability to build rapport quickly. Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced team.
An eagerness to contribute and grow within an in-house Talent Acquisition team, leveraging existing recruitment experience while developing new skills and capabilities.
