M Group Water Services are now looking for an Escalations Plumber to join the Water Services team based out of Dartford – this is a site based role that will see you travel to various locations across the Inner M25 London region to troubleshoot, fix and resolve household / non-household Plumbing issues as part of the Smart Meter Installation service.
This Escalations Plumber role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
- Supporting our client and customers with escalations relating to Plumbing (household and non-household)
- Attending different sites across the Inner M25 region in London, and being able to travel where needed
- Using problem-solving to find and locate Plumbing faults and enable a resolution to repair (troubleshoot and fix)
- Accurate completions of work using internal systems and tech devices – you must be computer literate
- Follow all safe systems of work to ensure that all work is completed to M Group high safety levels
What you’ll bring
- Plumbing qualification at Level 2 as a minimum - NVQ / Diploma or above
- Technically literate to operate tech equipment
- Strong practical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and fix / resolve household / non-household Plumbing problems
- Willing and able to travel around Inner M25 / London region as and when required
- Team player with the ability to work with others and as a lone worker
- Holder of a full UK driving license
