Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our clean water Repair and Maintenance team, reporting to the project manager. Our teams deliver small to large repairs on the Yorkshire Water network aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
You’ll oversee day-to-day site management, coordinating both subcontractors and direct labour to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll manage material and plant orders, making certain all work meets the required specifications.
You’ll capture robust quality assurance evidence to support the project inspection test plan and maintain high health and safety standards on site. You’ll also support with completing the project file, ensuring seamless project handover and compliance from start to finish.
What you’ll bring
- Do you have experience managing construction sites, ideally with a water background?
- Confident author of risk assessments and method statements
- Practical understanding of CDM2015 regulations
- Skilled with Microsoft Office
- Are you personable, approachable, and committed to maintaining high standards?
