    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

    What will you be doing?

    Responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules and timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully. Working closely with Project Managers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the role supports project delivery through effective planning, resource coordination, progress monitoring and risk management.
     
    Key responsibilities include:
     
    • Creating detailed project schedules using MS Project, defining milestones and deadlines, tracking performance against project objectives, and identifying potential delays with appropriate corrective actions.
    • The Project Planner manages resource allocation, monitors utilisation, and works with Resource Managers to ensure the availability of personnel, equipment and materials throughout each project phase.
    • The role also supports risk identification and mitigation planning, facilitates communication between project teams, clients, contractors and stakeholders, and provides regular status updates.
    • Additional responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, supporting budget planning and cost control, incorporating quality assurance activities, and conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in future project planning and delivery.
