Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.
This role is in our Plant & Fleet department, Plant & Fleet supports teams across our business with their vehicle, plant and specialist equipment needs. Come join a great team in a business that's growing.

What will you be doing?
- Assist in processing
Plant & Equipment Requests under supervision
- Shadow team members
in managing OEM certifications and inspections in line with LOLER and PUWER
regulations
- Support in identifying and
reporting anomalies or discrepancies related to Plant & Equipment issues or
returns, escalating to senior team members for resolution
- Prepare and submit on-hire
reports under supervision
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation for plant and equipment
- Collaborate with the team to understand inventory systems and operational workflows
What you’ll bring
- IT literate with the ability to statistically analyse data
- To be able to work to strict deadlines
- Experience of working within an office environment
- Conversant with Microsoft packages
- Working to set schedules and Policies / Procedures
- Excellent organisational abilities to prioritise, plan and organise work in a busy environment
