Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
As Site Manager, you’ll ensure early engagement and efficient site setup, allocating resources and preparing core documentation (CPPs, SQPs, RAMS). You’ll manage teams, subcontractors, safety, quality, and environmental compliance, overseeing all site operations and Temporary Works.
Working closely with project and design teams, you'll resolve technical issues, lead meetings, and monitor progress against targets. You’ll manage procurement, costs and records, report updates, and address any on-site challenges promptly. Ensuring high standards throughout, you’ll support a smooth project handover with accurate as-built documentation and all required records.
What you’ll bring
- Are you CITB SMSTS qualified?
- Do you have Temporary Works Supervisor experience?
- Do you have proven construction experience, ideally within the waste water industry?
- Do you have a good understanding of NEC contracts, cost control, and value reporting?
- Are you proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and do you hold a full UK driving licence?
