Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This is role responsible for the delivery of Developer Services activities, including new connections, service installations, mains laying, mains diversions and associated network infrastructure works.

What you'll be doing?
The Scheduler plays a key role in the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance activities, coordinating work across operational teams to ensure contractual SLAs and productivity targets are achieved. Responsibilities include managing workloads, optimising geographical routing, proactively addressing scheduling risks, and ensuring operatives have a full day’s work. The role maintains accurate system records, monitors customer appointments, reallocates unattended tasks, and provides regular updates to stakeholders through whereabouts reports and shift handovers. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Scheduler ensures efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, effective communication, and high standards of customer service.
