  • Where will you be working?

    We’re the UK’s leading infrastructure services company, and we touch almost everyone’s lives. From highways, rail and aviation, to energy, water and telecoms we do the work which keeps the country running.

    This role sits in our Corporate Affairs team, which looks after all internal and external communications for M Group. The team keeps our people informed about what’s happening across our Group, handles relationships with media and stakeholders, and manages our marketing and digital channels.

    Want to come and be a part of it?

    What will you be doing?

    The Content team is the creative hub for M Group communications, producing high-quality, on-brand content across marketing, internal communications, media and public affairs. The team includes roles allocated to copywriting, graphic design and photography / videography, and the role holder will generate quality assets and communications to use across the full range of M Group channels.

    A key focus of the role is using AI to improve the quality, consistency and speed of content production at scale. The role will design, build and maintain AI agents that support the creation of copy, visuals and other assets through welldefined, repeatable content frameworks.

    You’ll steward the AI approach across Corporate Affairs, setting governance and continuously refining tools as priorities, risk and technology evolve—balancing AI efficiency with essential human judgement.

    You’ll ensure content follows brand and tone-of-voice standards, manage the Brand Hub resource library, and advise on GEO so AI search responses reflect our key messages.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Extensive experience of producing high-quality assets for use across the full communications spectrum, including copy, graphics, photos and video, and ensuring they are true to the brand.
    • Experience designing and managing AI agents that support repeatable content workflows and generate onbrand, channelready copy and assets at scale, using approved knowledge, brand standards and tone of voice (via Copilot Studio or similar).
    • Additional experience in other AI tools such as those contained within Adobe products, as well as picture and video generation.
    • Ability to adapt AI tools and develop solutions for different business communications demands, from copy and communications plans to graphics and simulated assets.
    • Able to juggle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment, keeping stakeholders informed and managing expectations.
    • Ability to navigate a complex internal stakeholder landscape and build productive relationships at all levels.
    • An understanding of how GEO works and how to influence it.

    What’s in it for you?

    We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include;

    • Matched or contributory pension scheme
