    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations.     This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery - Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

    What you'll be doing? 
     
     Experienced reinstatement professional skilled in managing the full highway coring process from initial site assessment through to final rectification. Competent in conducting pre‑coring site visits, validating patch ownership, and identifying opportunities for self‑defecting through accurate visual inspection. Works closely with Street Works and Operational Reinstatement Managers to review and challenge core sample results, ensuring compliance and raising IP30s where required to support efficient planning of remedial works. A reliable member of the reinstatement team, providing flexible cover for holidays and sickness while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and operational delivery across East Riding, Wakefield, and Doncaster.

    What you’ll bring

    • RASWA accreditation, preferably Supervisor
    • Experience in reinstatement with an understanding for cavity depth, layer thickness and air voids.
    • Full Driving License
    • IT skills to be able to operate a Toughbook and Laptop and provide feedback downloading pictures with descriptive text
    • Good communication skills to liaise with the Highway Authorities and the Coring Contractors
