    As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

    What will you be doing?

    In this role, you will deliver advanced data analytics across various reward programs to assess engagement and identify opportunities for future enhancements. You’ll also conduct market research and provide insights to support benefits initiatives, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry trends.

    Working closely with the Compensation Manager, you will analyse pay-related risks and create cost and financial models to support compensation and benefits changes, harmonisation processes, and legislative updates. Your expertise will help shape strategic decisions that impact our workforce.

    Additionally, you will assist in designing and maintaining salary bands, ensuring they reflect both internal equity and external market practices. You’ll also provide data-driven guidance to Divisional People Directors during pay negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor on compensation matters.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Advanced Excel proficiency.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at interpreting large datasets.
    • Demonstrates an effective approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
    • Highly analytical, inquisitive, and able to challenge constructively.
    • Skilled at building collaborative and productive working relationships.
    • Solid understanding of key statutory requirements, including National Living Wage, Gender Pay Reporting, and GDPR.
    • Excellent influencing skills with proven credibility at senior level.
