    BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

    What will you be doing?
     
    You’ll keep projects on track by reviewing documentation, schedules, costs, and progress reports to ensure everything meets standards and client needs.

    When issues arise, you’ll work with teams to resolve them and keep data accurate across systems.

    You’ll prepare clear weekly and monthly reports, build dashboards, and support data entry in tools like Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel.

    You’ll collaborate with managers, planners, and commercial teams to gather insights, assist with presentations, and support the Programme Manager with ad hoc tasks and improvement initiatives—always aiming to make the project run smoothly.

    What you'll bring:

    You’ll bring experience in project controls, auditing, or reporting within engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
    You’ll be confident using tools like Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel.
    You’ll apply strong analytical and organizational skills to manage complex datasets with accuracy.
    You’ll show great attention to detail and clear communication.
    You’ll thrive in a collaborative team environment.
    Knowledge of nuclear or regulated settings is a bonus, not a must.
