Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.
This role is in our People department, our People Team supports us to recruit, retain, engage and develop our people. Roles can be in talent acquisition, learning, reward, employee relations or people services.

You’ll be leading the expansion of our Graduate and Apprentice development programmes, working with our stakeholder to establish the requirements, creating and delivering material. The candidate can be based anywhere in the UK however travel will be required across England, Scotland and Wales and could be up to 3 days a week.
You’ll be work alongside our L&D Specialist to create material for and deliver our Leadership Development Programmes, designed to empower leaders with practical skills that make a real difference in employee engagement.
You’ll create and host dynamic virtual Learning Live sessions, inspiring participants to apply essential skills effectively.
You’ll offer personalized coaching—whether one-on-one or in groups—to help learners seamlessly apply their knowledge in the workplace.
You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to understand learning needs and deliver impactful solutions that align with business priorities and change initiatives.
Also, you’ll partner with external training providers when needed to complement our internal resources.
You’ll assess and enhance the effectiveness of our learning programmes through thoughtful evaluations, surveys, and analyses of their business impact.
Finally, work closely with our Digital Learning team to create engaging training that caters to subject experts while enhancing the employee experience.

- Excellent facilitation skills
- Experience in learning needs analysis, course design, delivery and evaluation
- Ability to create highly engaging interactive learning material
- Creation and delivery of Leadership Development Programmes
- Ability to influence and communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, across all levels of the organisation
- Experience of creating intranet material
- Insights Discovery Accreditation or equivalent (is an advantage)
- Coaching experience and/or qualification (is an advantage)
