    Where will you will be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

    What will you be doing?
     
    You'll operate and maintain the CMMS platform to schedule, track, and document all maintenance activities and create, assign, close close work orders for preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance.
    We'll need you to ensure asset hierarchies, equipment records, and maintenance plans are kept accurate and up to date within the CMMS and make sure all entries comply with internal quality standards.
     
    You'll assist with planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks in collaboration with the Management Team and Maintenance Supervisors.
     
    You'll ensure all documentation is saved within the correct locations within centralised drives and compile and issue reports of scheduled maintenance activities carried out each month.
     
    We'll need you to attend regular planning meetings to ensure all planned maintenance activities are well planned and delivered.

    What you’ll bring 

    • Do you have a technical diploma or equivalent experience in maintenance, engineering or IT systems?
    • We'll need you to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
    • Do you have familiarity with maintenance workflows and plant equipment terminology?
    • Are you someone who has strong organisation and time-management skills with attention to detail?
    • Do you have excellent computer skills (MS Office, particularly Excel and Work)?
    • Due to the nature of the role you'll have basic knowledge of maintenance trades (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utilities)
    • Do you have experience in generating reports and dashboards using CMMS programs?
