    Where will you be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

    What will you be doing? 
     
    You'll be part of our Customer Service department who are responsible for acting as the crucial link between our company and our clients.
     
    You'll be building relationships, understanding individual needs, and providing tailored solutions. You'll need dedication to exceptional service which fosters customer loyalty, strengthens our brand reputation, and ultimately drives our success. 
     
    We'll need to you deliver outstanding customer service by addressing queries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally and act as the main point of contact for customers, providing tailored solutions and support throughout their journey.
     
    You'll collaborate with operational teams to resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues whilst continuously improving the customer experience by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
     
    You'll be someone who is pro-active and problem solve whilst managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    What you’ll bring 
    • Do you have proven customer service experience? This will be needed to carry out the role.
    • Are you highly organised and collaborative? If so we want to hear from you!
    Working pattern;
    We'll provide initial training that will be held in the office, after training has been given the role will be home based.
    You're working hours will be Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm and Saturday 08am to 1pm.
