Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure - We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
We’re looking for someone who can prioritise safety and ensure all tasks are carried out in line with procedures and industry best practices. Your attention to detail will be vital as you complete thorough risk assessments and follow them meticulously.
In this role, you'll showcase excellent customer service and engagement, ensuring defect or damage reporting is handled effectively. Maintaining a clean and safe work site, vehicle, and tools will be second nature to you, reflecting your commitment to high standards.
You'll also adhere to relevant policies and procedures and confidently escalate any issues to ensure smooth operations.
