As a major supplier of specialist highway electrical services, our streetlighting teams maintain and design over 350,000 street lighting assets.

What will you be doing?
You'll join our operations team in Peterborough! Responsibilities include excavation, cable laying, street lighting installation, electrical testing to BS7671, and defect reporting.
You'll ensure health and safety compliance for yourself and others. Operate small plant and testing equipment under Site Supervisor guidance. Install traffic management as per method statements. Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out system for the Peterborough Highway Services network.

What you’ll bring
- Experience of working on the highways
- Do you have previous street lighting exerience? You'll need this
- Work as part of a team
- You'll be prepared to work unsociable hours as required
- Do you have Level 2 Electrical Qualification? You'll need this or equivalent
- You'll possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.
- You'll be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.
- You'll also be able to work within a confined space, without restriction.
