Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Developer services- our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?
You'll be part of our New Connections and Mains Extensions Teams who are responsible for Installation of water supplies for new developments.
You'll collate and print parking restriction and supply interruption letters for forthcoming works, making sure correct details for each job is present in each letter.
You'll deliver cancellation letters when needed along with setting our parking space cone-offs.
We'll need you to hand deliver all letters for appropriate shuts at least 48 hours before the shut is due to commence.
You'll need to show evidence that all letter drops have been done using time stamped photographs and sending them to the relevant storage location.
Do you have customer service experience?
A big part of this role will be customer focused as you'll be dealing with any issues the customer may have within a timely manner.
What you’ll bring
- Do you have a valid UK Driving licence?
- As the role involves a certain level of manual labour, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions, we’ll need you to have a level of fitness which will allow you to complete tasks safely.
