    Where you'll be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our Developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

    What you'll be doing? 

    You’ll ensure streetworks compliance and performance through expert system and process knowledge. Key responsibilities include efficiently organising and planning work orders in line with business KPIs and SLAs, as well as managing highways communications and requests to legislative standards.

    You’ll oversee all list edits throughout the day, ensuring all legal and permit requirements are met, and that all forms are completed accurately and on time. Collaborating closely with operational managers, you’ll escalate and resolve issues swiftly, maintaining high standards and strong service delivery.

    What you’ll bring

    • Do you have effective time management skills, with flexibility to support business needs, including weekend working on a rota?
    • Can you uphold high standards of customer service and consistently follow policies and procedures?
    • Are you able to remain calm and rational under pressure, taking ownership of tasks and decisions?
    • You’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence
    • Enthusiastic team player who supports and motivates colleagues.
